You're just steps from the sand, walking distance to several local restaurants and bars, and located almost exactly between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach — about 20 minutes to either one.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of this unit, on-site and easy access to reserved parking for one vehicle plus visitor spaces, beach supplies room with chairs and umbrellas, gas grill, and all other common areas.
The Neighborhood:
Indian Rocks Beach is quieter than the bigger tourist strips nearby, but you're not isolated — Gulf Boulevard right around the corner has a solid lineup of restaurants and bars within walking distance, including Villa Gallace (Italian), Crabby Bill's Seafood, VIP Mexican, and a handful of cafes and casual beach bars. A CVS is a short walk away for anything you forget to pack. About two miles south, Salt Rock Grill is worth the drive for seafood sourced from their own fishing fleet.
Being centered between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach means you've got options in both directions — each about a 20-minute drive, with the Jolly Trolley running along Gulf Boulevard every 20 minutes if you'd rather skip parking. Also within 30 minutes: John's Pass, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, the Dali Museum, and downtown St. Petersburg's waterfront and pier. Tampa (Busch Gardens, Ybor City, the CruisePort) is 35–45 minutes out, and Orlando is about an hour past that.
Getting Around:
Getting around is simple, with around-the-clock Uber availability, and our very own “Jolly Trolley" offering bus service every 20 minutes at all points between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach! Care to get out and really explore? Tampa, Orlando, and many points beyond are very popular day trips away.
Other Things to Note:
On the Rocks #15 is strictly non-smoking. Evidence of smoking inside or outside a unit will result in assessment of a $500 deep cleaning fee. There is a designated smoking area on the SE corner of the complex by the street.

What a great little condo just steps to the beach. It was perfect for my fiancée and myself! Host was so very helpful and always responded quickly. But never had any issues so it was a great trip! And another thing was so nice was the room that had all the beach chairs, umbrellas and supply’s. Anything you could want to take to the beach was in there!! Would definitely stay again!!

Great communication - everything was as we had expected. With electronic locks and codes, our late arrival was no problem. The apartment was spacious and pristine. Parking was generous - we even had room for guests to park. The beach and beach equipment were fabulous! We hope to stay there again, perhaps facing the beach this time.
