About this apartment rental
Fabulous unit is located on the third floor of our building with elevator access. Our lovely condo #308 will sleep 4+ with 2 newly renovated bedrooms, master bedroom has queen sized bed, second bedroom has a lovely Thomasville King set with all new bedding, large flat screen tv. We have 2 new baths 1 located in the master bedroom, the second of the common hall, with oversized marble shower and body sprays. Large open fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, large living room and dining room. We have an open balcony to watch sunrise or have a private morning breakfast. We have Flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room, We also have a Pac n'play for a little one. Both bedrooms have amazon fire sticks. We also enjoy on site laundry and onsite staff for cleaning, maintenance and office support. Many guest enjoy the number of varied restaurants within walking distance including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our local grocery store Publics, delivers. We are a short 45 minutes from Raymond James Stadium and the tampa International Airport. Disney and Busch gardens are both within driving distance. Indian Rocks Beach is known for its beautiful sand and clear waters. Come to the beach!

Nice big balcony with view of the intercoastal. Owner was great in welcoming us and making sure we had directions for everything. And, she was readily available for us if needed.

We all had a good time.I was bummed because the description saidBeach view and balcony,the reality was it is an intercoastal view not a beach view.Also the construction was really hard to breathe.thank goodness it was only the last 2 days.Maybe warn renters

The condo was roomy and nice for our family of five..You cannot ask for an nicer area. You are right on beach and very close to restaurants. Been to this location before and enjoyed as much as before... Have a few complaints though. The shower control in master bedroom was hard to work and internet was very low..As well this year there was a lot of smokers around pool and deck. Ask caretaker about having nonsmoking area and he informed us that would never happen. Overall a good vacation. Thanks for use of condo over Christmas
