Thanks to its spacious layout, it’s ideal for four to six people. With 140 square meters of living space (total usable area of approx. 192 square meters), it offers every luxury across two floors—spanning three levels: the first floor, the upper floor, and a huge sun-drenched rooftop terrace.

One bedroom features a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed.

In addition, a large, wraparound terrace on the floating concrete pontoon is available for sunbathing, relaxing, or enjoying breakfast. To cool off, you can climb down the attached swim ladder and dive right into the water. In addition to the two separate bedrooms with double beds, the first floor features a high-quality bathroom with a bathtub, modern shower, and vanity, as well as a separate restroom with a sink. A special feature is the sauna.

The light-filled living area with access to the 35-square-meter sun terrace, as well as the kitchen area and a separate restroom with a hand-washing sink, are located on the upper floor. Electronic sun blinds allow you to customize the lighting ambiance to your liking.

The fully equipped kitchen-dining area with a lake view offers every convenience: an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are all included. The house is equipped with a modern air-to-water heat pump with underfloor heating, making it usable year-round. On colder days, you can use the gas fireplace on the upper floor. Pure romance!
