THE HOME: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer, comfortable living room with smart TV, games and books, game room, and pool with private fenced in backyard.
Bedroom 1: king bed, smart TV, desk, spacious bathroom with double vanity sink and walk-in closet
Bedroom 2: twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed, smart TV
Bedroom 3: queen bed, smart TV
Fully stocked kitchen with cooking essentials and brand new appliances - New washer/dryer - The backyard boasts a private pool and plenty of lounge chairs, equipped with inflatables, pool volleyball net, and an outdoor grill. Changeable pool lights for night time ambiance and safety. Pool safety features include door/ window alarms and an in-pool alarm is available for use. Pool depth is 3ft-5ft. - The spacious, air-conditioned garage is a decked out game room with a ping pong table, mini golf, dart board, and electronic dual basketball game. Beach day essentials are provided and include Tommy Bahama beach chairs and cart, beach towels, cooler, beach tent & boogie board. - 6 seater golf cart is INCLUDED with stay (additional liability form will be sent to you and is required)
LOCATION: Laguna beach is a quiet, residential area with public beach access just a 5 minute walk away, or a minute drive through the golf-cart friendly neighborhood. The beaches are preserved, meaning there are no high rise hotels or condos and less crowds. Parking the golf cart at nearby beach access points is easy. We like 82 and 83, but you can park at any public beach access along front beach rd.

- 8 minute drive to Frank Brown recreation center
- 30 minute drive to Seaside beach
