Welcome to “Shell Yeah!” – Your Beach Escape on PCB’s Peaceful West End
Nestled on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, Shell Yeah offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Just minutes from Pier Park and 30A, you’ll enjoy all the fun of Panama City Beach while escaping the crowds. The nearest public beach access is only 0.2 miles from your front door, and ECP Airport is a quick 20-minute drive away! Laguna Beach is one of the area’s most charming neighborhoods—free of high-rise condos, filled with local character, and perfect for families.

This 1,400 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 2-bath home combines modern coastal décor with comfort and convenience. The open-concept living area includes a 75” Roku smart TV, board games for the kids, cozy throw blankets, and plenty of seating for movie nights or lazy afternoons. You’ll also have a full-sized washer and dryer, iron and board, and even a drying rack for swimsuits and beach towels.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and an eat-at bar for four. A FlexBrew 2-way coffee maker accommodates both K-Cups and grounds—perfect for morning coffee with a view of the fenced backyard. The dining area offers plenty of space to gather for meals or plan the next day’s adventures.

• Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and spacious closet.

We had an excellent stay at this Panama City Beach rental. The house was just a short walk to the beach and came equipped with everything we needed—including a golf cart, which made getting around even easier. The open floor plan gave our family plenty of space to relax together, whether we were cooking, watching TV, or gathering for the holidays. Beds and couches were all extremely comfortable, and the home had every amenity we could ask for. Highly recommend this property for an stress-free, family-friendly stay.?

We had a great stay at Shell Yeah! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun trip. The location was perfect since it was outside of the busy and congested part of PCB, but also close to Rosemary Beach. We got the best of both worlds with a short Uber ride in either direction. It was also super convenient being close to the beach and just a quick drive to restaurants and shops. We really appreciated how easy it was to add the golf cart once we arrived, since our group wasn’t sure if we’d need it until we got there and figured out what we wanted to do. Shoreline Rentals was very responsive and helpful with all our questions, which made the whole experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great, but the patio was excellent. The kitchen could use some wine glasses and kitchen towels. We brought our own beach chairs and towels, but the house had plenty. I would stay here again. It was an awesome long weekend!
