Inside, you’ll find two queen loft bedrooms and a comfy fold-out sofa, creating space for up to four guests. The home includes a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, cooktop, sink, coffee maker, and all the essentials for easy meals. The bathroom features a full shower, and the living area offers a smart TV, AC, and heating for year-round comfort.
Step outside to your private deck with seating, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit - ideal for sunset dinners, stargazing, and relaxing with loved ones. Guests also enjoy free parking, EV charging, and access to the community playground.

You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures.
