Animals that frequent the area include white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, and many species of rare and interesting birds including the golden-cheeked warbler, which nests only in the Hill Country. Dripping Springs is also known as the Official Wedding Capital of Texas, with over 50 venues in the area. This home's central location offers convenient access to many of them.

The 4th bedroom is on the second level of the home and there are exterior stairs at the end of the house to access the area.
No hunting.
No smoking.
No fireworks of any kind are permitted on the property, due to the dry conditions in the area.
Firewood is not provided and firepit many not be used if burn ban is in effect
Guests do not have access to the well pump/shed.
The pool is cleaned on Friday
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
