About this house rental
Located between Austin and Dripping Springs, TX, and close to Belterra Village, this five bedroom, 2-acre Hill Country home is perfect for accessing any local event (weddings, wine country, breweries/distilleries, BBQ, SXSW, ACL, Formula 1, Longhorn Football, Perdernales Falls State Park, LBJ Ranch, Fredericksburg, TX, WWII Museum, golf courses, and lakes). The home has a fully-stocked kitchen, cable TVs, WiFi, phone, fishing pond, fire pit, BBQ pit, pool table, and multiple refridgerators. The five bedrooms sleep 10 comfortably in beds, but with pull-out sofa beds and roll-away beds, the home can comfortably accommodate 16 people.

Such a beautiful home. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and instructions for the property were very clear. Our only wish for the property is that we could have stayed there longer. We needed the home for our daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue. We would have loved to fish in the pond and enjoy the fire pit but we were so busy with the wedding. We would love to come back for a relaxing stay and enjoy the comforts of the home and property. We did see some deer running through the yard in the early mornings and evenings we were there, which was a highlight for us.

Lots of room in this house to spread out and enjoy family and friends. The host was amazing to work with and communicated very well. He checked in with us and made sure everything was going well. Very accommodating. If you’re looking for a quiet place to gather and relax: this is the place.

Convenient location, plenty of room for sleeping 12 of us, nice outdoor area for hanging out, & overall a pleasant stay. However, the VRBO listing specifically says that it has a pool under "pool & spa", which was part of my filter requirements for booking a location. This is NOT TRUE; there is a pond that is not swimmable & a pool table (though I think this is separately listed on VRBO), but this lack was a major disappointment for our group.
Some other details that were not as jarring, but need noting: the smoke detector looks like it has been removed upstairs, a door hinge came off when we opened the purple room door, a faucet head is missing from the master bathroom, & a red light/wastewater alarm went off outside at 1am.
We would recommend this stay, but the VRBO listing needs to match what actually is present. :)
