About this house rental
Located in the popular West Haven neighborhood, you'll discover this beautiful four-bedroom, four-bathroom home. Private and perfectly maintained, your vacation is guaranteed to be memorable and full of fun! Spend your afternoons splashing in the turquoise waters of the private pool and pool spa, followed by a delightful sunbathing session. Inside, the high ceilings and comfortable furnishings make up the living room. When you aren't tuned into your favorite show here, don your chef's hat and utilize the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. When it's time to eat, wonderful family meals can be enjoyed under the glow of the dining table's chandelier. Spacious and well-decorated, the four bedrooms ensure a good night's rest every evening. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the interior amenities. Within quick driving distance of your stay, enjoy visiting Sky Pirates Ballooning, Wallaby Ranch, Orange Lake Golf, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighborr policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Some homes offer additional optional services. Fees apply only if the home is equipped with the amenity and the service is requested. If an amenity is not available at the home, the fee does not apply.
Private pool. The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. (heating for an additional cost of $50 USD + tax per day) (only for homes with a heated pool option).
Pet Fee: $150 per pet, per stay (only for pet-friendly homes).
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.
Hot Tub: $15 per night, capped at $300 per stay (only for homes with a hot tub).
BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).
