Great location halfway between Tybee Island and Downtown Savannah. Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids had plenty of extra room, very spacious with a great bunk room for the kids.
Pool and game room were great for the kids and we ended up staying at the house more than we thought because there was so much to do.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have been happier with this beautiful home! The space was spotless and the amenities were top notch. We especially loved the coffee bar. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the plates, utensils, and cookware we needed. We'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. We hope to be back!

Our experience with Mighty Tree was top-notch! The Savannah property was above and beyond anything we could have imagined for our family of 16, which was celebrating a college graduation in Savannah. The pictures and floor plan were great, but walking into the home, you could not imagine how much better it was in person! It was beyond spacious, well-appointed, creatively and thoughtfully decorated, comfortable and full of entertainment. At one point, all of us were in the game room, some watching basketball, others playing air hockey, skee-ball, video games or just hanging out. We used every amenity on the property (with the exception of the dry sauna - it's summer, so, no thank you)! The management company checked on us throughout the stay, and when something came up that was out of their control, they had it fixed within a few hours...on the weekend no less. I would not hesitate to book with Mighty Tree Properties again in the future. It was obvious that they truly want their guests to have the best experience possible. Thank you for giving us such unforgettable memories!

We live nearby. Our home is undergoing renovations and we had to leave for a few days. We wanted to be close to home. We found this house a week in advance. Our kids are 4 & 6, had just gotten out of school for the summer. This was the perfect place to kick off summer and take a much needed break from the construction we have been living in for several months. We were able to check-in a couple of hours sooner which was extremely helpful. It had everything we needed. We only used 2 bedrooms. We basically were paying for the amenities and it was worth it. We would definitely stay again-hopefully soon!
