Inside, each room is a haven of comfort and privacy, with its own private bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms are located in the main house. The carriage house has both a queen bed and a futon.

The carriage house has its own private entrance off the driveway. The driveway is shared for both the main house and the carriage house. There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway for the main house and 1 spot for the carriage house. There is also one additional parking spot in the front yard for the main house.

Please be aware that the home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors which also includes stocking it with fish. For that reason taking fish out of the lake is not allowed. Great location between Tybee Island and Savannah. Hot tub in the backyard was a relaxing spot to over look the water. The home had a well stocked kitchen for cooking.

Great floor plan. Really cute upstairs bedrooms. Right size kitchen for a STR. Living room great configuration to just sit and talk. But...the hot tub wasn't HOT! That was a major bummer. We only booked for HOT TUB WHICH WASNT HOT. Other than that, perfect place to hang out
