Quiet, spacious 4BR/3.5BA home in Iowa City backing to peaceful woods for serenity and relaxation. Walk to Hickory Hill Park with miles of scenic trails, plus nearby coffee shop and Hy-Vee grocery store and gas. Just a 5 minute drive to the University of Iowa campus and downtown Iowa City and only 10 minutes to UI hospital and Kinnick.
