A very cosy room and fairly close to town and campus, though 10 minutes is an exaggeration except for a few outlier businesses (I'd say 15-20). The place had everything I needed. The only downside is the thin walls cause you to hear even the smallest of noises from neighbors, especially plumbing, so if you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs.

The space was perfect for a short parents weekend trip to Iowa City. The host was great & very responsive. Checking in & out was very easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient place close to downtown Iowa City.

This vrbo gives you no access to the thermostat at all. It's a basement dwelling and 2 days after I arrived we had a blizzard with - 10 degrees and it was very cold inside. I contacted the owner about increasing the temperature and 3 weeks later they got back to me. I would not recommend this vrbo.
