This tastefully updated 3-bedroom condominium in the Eagle’s Nest complex is an ideal location and just a quick shuttle ride from the slopes and hiking trails of Mt. Crested Butte. The open-concept living area allows you to prepare meals with ease while staying connected with family and friends. The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals.
Two bedrooms are situated on the level above the living space, with the third bedroom occupying the top floor for added privacy. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with stunning views of Mt. Crested Butte.
Conveniently located for year-round recreation, this unit offers easy access to outdoor adventures and the charming town of Crested Butte. After a day of skiing or exploring nearby trails, unwind in the hot tub to end the evening. With beautiful scenery and all the comforts of home, this condo is an inviting retreat for a memorable mountain getaway in any season.
*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.
This unit's amenities include a shared outdoor hot tub, two decks facing Mt. CB, a garage and in house washer and dryer among others! The condo is also near a free shuttle stop over to the base area of the mountain.
NOTE: **Please be aware that the hot tub is closed during the off seasons. It is open during the peak season when Crested Butte Mountain Resort is open.**
NOTE: ** The road up to this unit is very steep, and 4WD is REQUIRED in the winter months.**
