Villa Nina is a spacious three-storey private residence located in the charming village of Estoi, in Portugal's beautiful Algarve region. Set within 1,600 m² of private grounds and offering generous living space, this villa combines comfort, privacy, and panoramic countryside views, perfect for up to eight guests.
One of the highlights of Villa Nina is its large swimming pool (can be heated for extra fee) surrounded by a sunny terrace with comfortable loungers, shaded areas, and outdoor dining space. The pool area enjoys panoramic countryside views, creating a peaceful setting for relaxation.
Designed for both comfort and entertainment, Villa Nina features four bedrooms, including two en-suite doubles and two twin rooms. The lounge is bright and inviting, with comfortable sofas, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a self-catering holiday, along with a separate dining area for shared meals. Every space has been thoughtfully arranged to provide convenience and a relaxed atmosphere.
The villa's outdoor areas are designed for easy Algarve living. The private 10x5m pool can be heated for an additional fee. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for all guests, and the beautifully landscaped gardens offer plenty of space to unwind. There's also a barbecue area for al fresco dining, plus table tennis and a snooker table for a bit of friendly competition.
Villa Nina is perfectly positioned for exploring the Algarve. It's just a short drive to Olhão Marina and Praia dos Cavocos Beach. An excellent villa for families or groups. Plenty of space, comfortable bedrooms, and great outdoor areas. The heated pool and garden were highlights, and the location near Estoi is peaceful and convenient.

A lovely villa with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor terrace was ideal for meals. Very quiet area, great to relax.

We stayed at Villa Nina with two families and the layout worked perfectly. The separate floors and multiple bathrooms gave everyone privacy, while the shared spaces were large and comfortable. The children loved the pool and the games facilities, and we appreciated the calm countryside setting. It is only a short drive to shops and Faro airport, yet feels very secluded. A fantastic base for exploring the Algarve.

The heated pool and terrace were excellent and well maintained. Plenty of space for everyone and nice shaded areas. A great place to unwind away from busy resorts.
