The Carla Apartment is located in the small and quiet Urbanização F. Serrão apartment complex in Armação de Pêra. The apartment complex is located just outside the city center of Armação de Pêra. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pêra are approximately 1.8 km away.
The Carla Apartment is on the first floor and features a lovely little garden. The garden features a dining area, sun loungers, and an electric grill.
Like almost all of our apartments, it offers high-speed fiber-optic internet, satellite TV (with all German channels), and Vodafone TV (100 Portuguese channels, with some series and movies available in their original English).
You can park your car on the property. The apartment also includes a somewhat dated communal pool with a small communal garden.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with showers. The main bathroom was completely renovated in the fall of 2025.
The nearest large supermarkets (Pingo Doce and Continente) are about 700 meters away, and the beach promenade, with its many restaurants and shops, is 1.7 km away
