Amplitud y el balcón comunicado con todas las habitaciones.
La recogida de llaves un horror, 0 comunicación y mala explicación de la situación del piso y garaje. Solo A/A en el salón, sin ventiladores en las habitaciones, poca iluminación, la cortina de la ducha pegada con silicona y fiso a la pared, bañera resbaladiza, bañera no apta personas con movilidad reducida, el armario una hoja con candado y las otras dos semidescolgadas, Garaje muy mal señalizado.
