Welcome to the “Hafenperle,” your lovingly furnished end-of-row townhouse in the heart of Heiligenhafen. Completed in the spring of 2020, this townhouse is located on the site of the historic Old Town blacksmith shop—in a quiet setting yet just a few steps away from the market square, restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, the marina, and the inland lake. The beach is about a 10–15-minute walk away.
This stylishly furnished vacation rental offers 81 m² of space for up to 6 people—perfect for families or groups of friends seeking modern comfort with a maritime flair.

The house features three separate bedrooms with a total of two comfortable double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). High-quality mattresses ensure a restful night’s sleep and make the house the perfect retreat after active days on vacation.
For added comfort, there are two modern bathrooms with showers—one on each floor—as well as a separate guest restroom. The fully equipped kitchenette, featuring an induction cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave, leaves nothing to be desired and is ideal for self-catering.
The cozy living area with a flat-screen TV invites you to relax. There are a total of three smart TVs available in the house—perfect for cozy evenings or when the weather is less than ideal. A small reading nook with German and English literature provides additional moments of relaxation.
Underfloor heating throughout the house creates a pleasant, cozy atmosphere in every season. A washing machine in the attic rounds out the amenities and provides added convenience—especially during longer stays.
