The light-filled bedrooms are also modern and comfortably furnished, offering a restful retreat. The open-plan American kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The living room and all bedrooms are fitted with modern Smart TVs. A wide range of programs is available via the internet; German-language channels can be accessed, and guests may connect their own streaming services such as Netflix. On the lower level of the house, the spacious pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and comfortable beach chairs, inviting you to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy peaceful hours. We welcome you with a starter package that includes:

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom

One roll of kitchen paper towels

One small hand soap per bathroom

One small disinfectant

Dish soap and a few dishwasher tablets

Fresh sponges, brushes, and an adequate supply of dish towels

The rental price is valid for occupancy of up to 4 guests. Each additional guest will be charged at the stated rate. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge.

Electricity is charged at $0.16 + tax per kilowatt-hour. The meter reading will be documented by photo at check-in and check-out.

If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without prior cancellation, a $50 fee will be charged to cover additional work.

For insurance reasons, we do not rent out boats, bicycles, or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options nearby, and our local team will be happy to assist you.
