About this house rental

2800 sqft of fabulous newly renovated modern home featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This spectacular home is minutes walking distance to the some of the best white sandy beaches in SWFL. Equipped with two king beds and a queen bed, so there is no need for your guests to sleep on a sofa! Home has new flat screen TV's through out with all new smart home conveniences. Unlimited wireless internet, in-suite full size washer/dryer and dishwasher. Full kitchen with new appliances and granite counter tops.

The home has a private heated pool with large lounge area covered lanai area with BBQ. Your private oasis after sunning at all the fabulous beaches the island has to offer with a stunning backyard full of various palm trees creating a privacy wall from our neighbors.

It is a very short walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico where you can watch the dolphins swim. Restaurants, theater, shopping, groceries within minutes from the home
