For added convenience, there’s another bathroom with a toilet, as well as an utility room with a washer and dryer. Of course, free Wi-Fi is also available.

A special highlight is the location: As the only house in Seepark, Pier 85 has its own private beach, which you can reach via a floating dock. You can use the house’s own boat free of charge during your stay. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, so there’s no through traffic to disturb you. The waterfront location near the city offers the perfect balance between relaxation and city life. There are many recreational opportunities in the area, such as water sports on nearby Lake Vecht, the Delfinoh outdoor pool, or the Krockie children’s play paradise.

Welcome to Pier 85, your waterfront retreat, designed to feel like a second home. This quiet vacation home near the city offers high-quality amenities and plenty of space to relax across two floors. Unwind with a sauna session, in the hot tub, or by a cozy evening fire. You can soak up the sun on the furnished wooden deck, relax on your own private stretch of beach, or take a boat tour on the Vechte River in the vacation home’s own boat. No matter how you’d like to spend your vacation, there are no limits to your imagination here.
