Spacious half-timbered house with garden in quiet position close to the forrest

Our historic 18th-century half-timbered country house is situated in a wonderfully peaceful setting in the Bentheimer Forest. The spacious living room of the carefully restored house (approximately 200 square meters) is furnished with carefully selected pieces. Handmade terracotta dishes and warm colors create a cozy atmosphere; underfloor heating and the antique cast-iron stove ensure pleasant warmth even in the colder months. Mild days can be enjoyed on the terrace and in the cozy garden. Self-catering is a pleasure in the fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven/microwave/dishwasher). Your home is part of a small hotel complex, so you can combine the advantages of a home with the comforts of a hotel. If you wish, enjoy breakfast at the hotel or let yourself be pampered by our fine dining. Relax in the sauna or on the golf course; set out by bike or on foot along one of the charming routes through the county or throughout the Netherlands

The vacation home is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
(In the case of a “late check-out”—until 7:00 p.m.—only after prior agreement and a written confirmation of acceptance will 50% of the daily rate become due.)

If arrival is after 6:00 p.m., this must be specified separately; otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to re-rent the room.

If written confirmation is not received by us within 8 days of receiving the booking confirmation, we reserve the right to re-rent the room.

Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to eight weeks prior to arrival
In the event of cancellation up to four weeks prior to arrival, 40% of the reservation price will be charged.
If you cancel up to one week before arrival, 65% of the booking price will be charged.
If you cancel during the last week before arrival, 75% of the reservation price will be charged.
In case of a no-show, 75% of the reservation price will be charged.

We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance for your protection.

An appropriate form (Elvia, Allianz Group) will be attached to your booking confirmation.

Please note that you must complete the form within 14 days of receiving your booking confirmation. For last-minute reservations, between 28 and 15 days before departure, insurance must be purchased no later than fourteen days before the start of your stay.

Dogs are allowed only upon request.

The deposit (1/2 of the booking amount) is due upon receipt of the confirmation. The balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.

If an advance payment cannot be made due to a last-minute reservation, payment must be made no later than at check-in.

Accepted: cash and debit card.

For payments made with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, we charge a flat fee of 5.00 euros.

The place of jurisdiction—between business entities—is Nordhorn, as agreed.
