Located in Staberdorf on Fehmarn, the house offers around 200 sqm of space for up to 7 guests. On the ground floor, you will find an open living, dining, and kitchen area with underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the terrace. This level also features a bedroom with a home office area and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower.
Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: one with a 240 cm wide family bed, one with a pull-out bunk bed, and one with a double bed (180 cm). All bedrooms have exposed beams and electric shutters for optimal blackout. Amenities include private parking, washing machine, dryer, and sustainable energy supply via photovoltaic and solar thermal systems. The house is smoke- and pet-free—ideal for allergy sufferers and those seeking peace and quiet.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You may bring your own or rent them for an extra fee per person after booking.

Special tip: Twice a week, a mobile bakery stops right next to the house.
