"De Hüttspott": This country-style property offers a first-class vacation experience!
Built in 2001 and completely renovated in 2020, this property has plenty of surprises in store for you!
Information on additional costs and fees:
The security deposit applies to 12 people; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.
A security deposit of €350.00 is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bedding, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.
Parking spaces are available free of charge.
The owners have carefully selected the furnishings, placing equal emphasis on style
and practicality. Especially if you’re spending your vacation with several
families, you’ll appreciate the benefits of this home
. You can either eat together in the large dining area downstairs or
use the upstairs living and dining area, which is just as beautifully furnished.
Each living room is equipped with a large, internet-enabled TV. A
PlayStation 4 is available, and you can access the JBL sound system via your cell phones. Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided. The house also features two fully equipped kitchens, so there are few limits to your culinary experiments!
“De Hüttspott” can accommodate approximately 14 people, who can sleep in the cozy double beds. Two rooms feature high-quality bunk beds as well as a pull-out bed. The house also has three bathrooms with showers (some en suite) and two guest bathrooms.
Young guests are sure to be particularly interested in the dedicated play area.
The toys available there are free to use. Plus, a ping-pong table and a foosball table provide plenty of fun!
Of particular note is the 2,300-square-meter property, which truly offers something for everyone at
: whether it’s a play tower, a sandbox with a water pump, an in-ground trampoline, a fire pit, or a sun deck! Of course, there’s also a Weber charcoal grill and a large dining table.
Wellness enthusiasts will enjoy the sauna in the garden.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus in Gammendorf durchweg wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort. Es war sehr viel Platz für uns alle da. Jede Familie hatte ihr eigenes Bad/WC das war Prima. Und für die Kinder wurde einiges geboten Spielplatz, Trampolin, Spielzimmer und Co.
Und das alles in Ruhiger Lage und toller Umgebung.Wir waren jeden Tag mit dem Rad unterwegs und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Absolute weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen angereist, konnten gemeinsam ein paar schöne Tage in dem großen Ferienhaus verbringen. Gemeinsam kochen, essen und chillen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten und jeder hatte seinen Privatbereich wenn er sich mal zurückziehen wollte. Wir kommen sicherlich irgendwann wieder.

Das Objekt bietet insgesamt ausreichend Platz um mit mehreren Familien/ Freunden dort Urlaub zu machen. Die Lage ist gut und der Garten bietet ausreichend Platz. Schön angelegt und ganz neu gestaltet ist die Sauna. Wir haben mit 8 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern eine Woche dort verbracht.
Die Ausstattung der Küche unten war gut. Die zweite Küche im Obergeschoss war okay.
Wirklich zu bemängeln ist die Tatsache, dass insgesamt nur drei Bäder zur Verfügung stehen - davon eins en-suite. Die Bäder sind klein und auch in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt waren wir nicht zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit des Objektes. Fenster, Bäder und Küchen waren nicht vernünftig gereinigt, sondern vielfach verschmiert.
Die Kosten für Bettwäsche und Handtücher pro Person mit 20 Euro sind sicher auch etwas hoch gegriffen.
