Charming country house in the heart of the village

Large family house with 4 bedrooms, located in a small village (300 inhabitants) at 445 m from altitude.La house has a large enclosed courtyard for 3 cars minimum with a garden of 300m2. A beautiful swing under the lime tree as well as tables and chairs for sunny days.
Inside, the first floor consists of a large living room and a dining room of 50m2. A fitted kitchen with large gas stove, large oven etc. Adjoining the kitchen, a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer and finally a toilet. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms: one with a 140 bed, one with a 160 bed, one with a 180 bed and the last with two 90 beds. All are equipped with duvets. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
This house is ideal for 4 couples of hikers as well as for two families with children to hike too, as the valley offers all levels of hiking: example of elevation gain of 200m for a belvedere and up to + 1000m and always staying in the valley.this means that from the house, the start of the farthest hike is 15 minutes away by car! We are 20 minutes from the Spanish border.
