Welcome to "Le Villa-Joie"! Located in the heart of Saint Alban Auriolles, you’ll find all local shops nearby, including a small supermarket, bakery, and a farmers’ shop selling regional products, fruit, and vegetables. Major tourist sites are close by, along with charming villages like Labeaume and Balazuc. For swimming, the house is ideally situated near the meeting point of the Chassezac and Ardèche rivers, just 10 minutes away. Discover the stunning Ardèche gorges, the Chauvet 2 Cave, and many other caves. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy trails leading to the Bourbouillet dolmens and the hanging gardens of Labeaume, less than 10 minutes away.
This semi-detached village house offers a private, enclosed courtyard with a garden and a terrace with pergola. There’s covered parking for 2 cars. Upstairs, you’ll find an air-conditioned living room/kitchen, one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a bedroom with two 90x200 cm single beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The attic floor, also air-conditioned and reached by a spiral staircase, has a large games room with a ping-pong table that converts into a pool table, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, a bathroom with whirlpool bath, sauna, steam room, walk-in shower, and separate toilet.
Electric heating. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Bed linen provided and cleaning included.
From June to mid-September, you have access to a covered pool (6 x 12 m) 150 m away, across the road, shared with other rentals, guest rooms, and a small farm campsite.
