Property:
Nestled in the peaceful pine forest landscape of the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe lies the charming Landhaus Wilkens, a place where relaxation and a feel-good atmosphere are second nature. The lovingly furnished vacation apartments “Reetblick” and “Sommerwind,” as well as the cozy “Nordlicht” bungalow, offer you comfortable accommodations from which you can discover Baabe in all its diversity.
The Baltic Sea resort of Baabe presents itself as a harmonious blend of maritime charm, a traditional village layout, and impressive natural beauty. Even a short walk takes you past old fishermen’s cottages, thatched-roof houses, and small, quiet paths that preserve the village’s original charm. The proximity of the sea to the Bodden landscape is particularly charming: while the fine-sand beach, with its sweeping view across the Baltic Sea, invites you to relax, the Baabe Bollwerk on the other side offers peaceful moments by the water and wonderful opportunities for nature observation.
The picturesque promenade connecting Baabe with the neighboring towns of Sellin and Göhren is perfect for long walks or bike rides. Along the way, you’ll find small cafés, boutiques, and cozy spots to linger. Those who love to be active will discover numerous hiking trails around Baabe—through the heath, along the dunes, or through sparse coastal forests.
Whether you’re enjoying nature, spending days at the beach, or taking leisurely strolls—Baabe offers everything that makes for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. From your stay at Landhaus Wilkens, every adventure begins right outside your door.
