This south-facing house sits on a spacious 11,500 m² plot and boasts a stunning pool, perfect for relaxing in the saltwater while enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The outdoor area has comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing with a good book, and a lovely terrace, ideal for breakfast or evening barbecues, complete with a mobile barbecue and outdoor kitchen for rustic charm.
Inside the living space, the emphasis is on comfort with light tones and colourful accents. The spacious living/dining room serves as a multifunctional area for relaxing, entertaining and dining. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings and direct access to the outdoor dining area. The villa has two double bedrooms, one with bunk beds, and a stylish bathroom with high quality fittings to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
The family-friendly Villa S'Hostalet is located in the heart of the island, just 2 km from Montuïri, where there are shops for daily needs. There is also a market on Mondays in Carrer Major, in front of the church. In Algaida (6 km) there is a market every Friday in Sa Plaza. Many popular beaches such as Platja de Palma or Platja de Sa Rapita and several other beautiful bays such as Es Trenc are easily accessible by car.
