Ground Floor: The experience begins with a cozy front garden. Inside, you’ll find a spacious and bright living-dining room with a TV area, ideal for both leisure and business meetings. This floor features a fully equipped separate kitchen with a pantry and access to a sunny terrace and a washing machine. It also features a full bathroom with a shower and a private backyard with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco dinners.

First Floor (Bedroom Area): Access is via an elegant wooden staircase bathed in natural light. Here you’ll find the two bedrooms and a second full bathroom, whose wonderful skylight allows you to shower in the warmth of the sun.
