Welcome to your luxurious riverfront home away from home! Our functional and spacious single-level floor plan was designed with your comfort in mind. Unwind in the open-plan living space, where you can get cozy by the indoor gas fireplace.

* **Bedrooms:** Three large, comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a King bed for a restful night's sleep.
* **Remote Work Ready:** Dedicated workspaces with high-speed Wi-Fi and ethernet connectivity are available for those mixing work and pleasure.
* **Family-Friendly:** We provide a Pack ‘n Play, a high chair, and children's books for our younger guests.
* **Outdoor Oasis:** Step outside to the covered back patio to connect with nature, or gather your family and friends around the fire pit for s'mores while surrounded by the serenity of towering trees.
House Rules and Policies:
- No smoking or vaping inside, outside, or anywhere on the property. Penalty for violation $1500 plus extra cleaning and damages costs.
- No pets allowed on the property at any time. This
property is strictly No Animals Allowed due to owner's medical condition. Penalty for violation $1500 plus extra cleaning and damages costs.
- Please remove shoes at the entry way. This is strictly a no shoe house hold to help maintain the longevity of the floors and for the comfort of all guests.
- No events, parties or large gatherings. Penalty for violation $1500 plus extra cleaning and damages costs.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book. Photo ID may be required before check-in for age verification.
- Additional fees and taxes may apply.
- Please report any damages that occur to the property host.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- NOTE: This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 guests. No daytime or overnight guests beyond the total occupancy detailed in the reservation at any time.
- NOTE: The garage and upstairs room are off limits to guests. But no one will be staying there.
- NOTE: There is parking for up to six cars on the driveway. There is no street parking allowed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The owner was quick with responses, check in was super easy and the kids loved going down to the river to play and fish! The house was so clean and all the “extras” that they provide were fantastic! If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again!!

This home is just as described. It is immaculate. The beds and linens were so cozy. Every detail down to soaps, coffee, and yes, the good toilet paper, were provided. The kitchen had everything you need. Our daughter played a 3 day softball tournament at Tyger River and this home was super close (about 10-15 minutes). It was very comfortable for our family. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you.

The home was lovely and very well equipped. We didn’t want for anything and thought it was elegantly decorated, clean and cozy. The appliances and kitchenware were top notch. I would suggest you go into the Town of Simpsonville for shopping and restaurants as opposed to downtown Woodruff and we felt Simpsonville was a little more convenient. I do, however, give a thumbs up to Claudio’s Bistro in downtown Woodruff where we had a very good lunch. Overall would not hesitate to recommend rental of this home. Also, Todd, the owner, responded very promptly and courteously.
