Our home comfortably accommodates families and groups with 2 cozy bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed – perfect for couples
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds – can accommodate up to 4 children if most guests are kids; for adults, this room is suitable for 4 guests (2 adults per bed).
For larger groups, we also have large sofas in the living room that can accommodate 2 extra guests. These are not sofa beds, but offer an additional sleeping option if needed. Extra linens are available in the closet in case you decide to use the sofas as extra sleeping spaces.

The area offers excellent connectivity to major roads and public transport, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. Living here means enjoying a dynamic urban lifestyle with culture, entertainment, dining, and iconic views all around.
Getting Around:
Most attractions, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, are within walking distance. Taxis, Uber, Careem, and the nearby metro make exploring the rest of Dubai easy.

Passport copies for all guests (including children) are required before check-in (Dubai regulations)
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out available upon request (350 AED/hour)
Baby cribs available upon request (please inform 24 hours in advance)
