Clean and good service from the host Ali

The apartment is nice, Bed is comfy Supermarket and dunkin downstairs. So you have good access to everything. This apartment is in a gated community... With a swimming pool, gyms and park. Ali was an absolute champ at getting us settled in And helping us during checkout.

The apartment is an airbnb style apartment. Please note, these negative comments are related to purely technical issues and not a criticism of the staff. 30 Minutes after checking in, i was confronted by security for a complaint (by a neighbor) for something that happened earlier in the morning. The door is one of those pin number deadbolts, it wouldn't engage properly and kept giving errors "deadbolt failed to engage". So when locking the door you need to push the door to get it to work. The kitchen utensils weren't very clean, but since we brought our own detergent we got by, it's recommended you bring your own. TV had no channels, TV top box didn't seem to work either, bring your own streaming accounts. Now the biggest issue, the bathroom, the floor drain doesn't seem to drain water and also backflows if toilet is flushed. Bath tub drainage knob didn't work, the drain plug had to be manually removed for it to drain. The toilet seat is small, like it is designed for tiny people. The washing machine doesn't have a dry feature, and the washing machine also does not drain properly
