I like that’s brand new studio. But the attitude of staff who communicate with me is bad.
First half day stood without AC, because didn’t know how to use continuous. Working 45 mins and then off.
Some towels were dirty and showed to staff next day.
One more story: Informed them before check in that I have a guest with me but when I informed about guest information after sometimes. The drama about extra charges start.
Just for everyone to know, by Dubai rules is not like that. Once you booked furnished studio or apartment then you are allowed to have a guest with you regardless the reservation.
Staff, attitude, asking extra charges without right. Finally: studio is in between construction site.
