The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and pavilion.

You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen in the living room / bedroom with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, electric water boiler and washing machine.
