The domicile is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. The following are available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and pavilion.

The entrance is covered. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living room / bedroom with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and toaster. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Split. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
