This comfortably furnished ground-floor apartment invites you to relax and, with its 69 m², is ideal for families and groups of up to 5 people. Plus, your dog is more than welcome here!
The “Boathouse” got its name from its proximity to the neighboring boat dock in the town of Tielen. Accordingly, elements of water and nature are reflected in the wall colors and rustic furnishings.
You enter the apartment through a bright entryway that serves as a coat closet. As soon as you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a view of the spacious living area, which includes an open-concept kitchen. The wide window front and light-colored walls allow the southern sunlight to flood the entire room. The high ceilings emphasize the spacious feel of the room.
The inviting dining table offers plenty of space for cozy game nights or hearty meals, which can be prepared in the modern built-in kitchen equipped with a dishwasher.
You can then wind down the day on the comfortable family sofa while enjoying the view of the crackling fire in the stove. Whether with a book in hand, enjoying good conversation, or watching the flat-screen TV, everyone will find their favorite spot here.
That spot could also be on the spacious south-facing balcony, which is set on a gentle slope. It is furnished with a table and comfortable garden chairs. A glass enclosure surrounding the balcony protects against cool winds while offering an unobstructed view of the Eider River.
The bedrooms offer a truly special spatial experience. The deep Niagara blue on the back walls radiates a pleasant sense of calm and strength in both rooms. This allows you to enjoy a deep sleep in the freshly made, comfortable beds and start the new day feeling refreshed. Due to its size, the south-facing bedroom can also serve as a second living and playroom, making your stay with children or as part of a group even more relaxing. In this room, you’ll also find a wide fold-out bed with an integrated slatted frame and mattress for a fifth person, which can also serve as a sofa.
