Beautiful downtown vacation apartment with a south-facing balcony!
Bright and cheerfully furnished 2-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 56 m²), renovated in 2020, on the 3rd floor facing south with a south-facing balcony (with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 4 people.
From the entryway, which features a coat rack and built-in closets, you enter the fully tiled living room with a kitchenette (opening onto the balcony), the bedroom with laminate flooring, and the new shower room/toilet.
The living area features a 3-seater sofa bed, a dining area, a flat-screen satellite TV (HD-ready with digital reception offering approx. 60–100 radio and TV channels), a DVD player, a radio, and a telephone.
The separate kitchen has a window, a stove with a combination microwave and a 4-burner cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bedroom is furnished with two single beds placed apart from each other and a flat-screen TV.
The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, a towel warmer, and a window.
An outdoor parking space can be rented for 14.00 € per day (limited availability!). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this vacation rental.
