Spacious and very comfortable 3-room unit with a sun terrace in an absolutely quiet garden setting!
This spacious and very comfortable 3-room, non-smoking section of the house (approx. 75 m²) is located on the first floor of a single-family home and accommodates up to 4 people. It features a sun terrace (south-facing, with patio furniture and cushions)
and a garden.
From the entryway with a coat closet, you can access the first bedroom, the spacious kitchen, and the guest restroom.
Through the fully equipped kitchen, you reach the spacious double bedroom, and via a small connecting hallway, the bright living room (with access to the sun terrace) and the combined shower-tub bathroom/toilet.
A free-to-use washing machine is also available in the connecting hallway.
The living room features a comfortable sofa set with two armchairs, a nice dining area, a large flat-screen cable TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a telephone.
The first bedroom has two oversized single beds (each 1.00 x 2.00 meters) and a cozy tiled stove.
The second bedroom features a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) with separate mattresses for maximum sleeping comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
