Luxurious 3-room non-smoking duplex vacation apartment, approx. 68 sqm, on the 1st floor, with a southeast-facing balcony featuring a beach chair, for 4 people.
On the first floor, you’ll find the entryway, the living room, and a twin bedroom with a flat-screen TV.
The living area features a comfortable leather sofa set, a cozy wood-burning stove, an open kitchen with a separate dining area, and access to the southeast-facing balcony with a beach chair.
In terms of electronics, the living room is equipped with a flat-screen cable TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a CD radio with an iPod docking station, a phone with free calls to German landlines (excluding cell phone calls), and free Wi-Fi internet access (subject to availability).
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and an egg cooker. A toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle are included as standard equipment.
The new bathroom leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a modern rain shower, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, sink, towel warmer, and toilet.
