The lovingly furnished living room features a sitting area with sleeping space (1.20 × 1.80 m), a pull-out bed in the wall unit (0.90 × 2.00 m), a separate dining area, a flat-screen TV, and a Bose sound system. The balcony door opens onto the west-facing balcony with seating and a table—ideal for evenings in the afternoon sun.
The open, modernly equipped kitchenette features a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The refrigerator with freezer compartment, installed at a higher level, ensures convenient use. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 single mattresses: 0.90 × 2.00 m, comfortable entry height, extra lighting), a wall-to-wall closet, and its own flat-screen TV. The bright shower room/restroom features a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. The entryway has built-in closets and a large mirror on the bathroom door.
