Spacious, non-smoking 1-room vacation apartment (approx. 50 sqm) on the 6th floor facing the lake with a view of the sea and a west-facing loggia (afternoon sun, with balcony furniture) for up to 2 people.
From the entryway with a coat closet, you enter the combined living room/bedroom (with access to the balcony), which features a kitchenette, and the bright shower room/toilet with a window.
The living/bedroom area features a cozy seating area (2-seater couch with an armchair), double fold-out beds (two mattresses measuring 0.80 x 1.90 m), a dining area, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and Wi-Fi (subject to availability).
The kitchenette features an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bathroom, which has a window, features a shower, a toilet, and a large sink. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.
An outdoor parking space can be booked for an additional 14.00 € per day (limited availability!).
