Well-equipped 2-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 60 sqm) on the 6th floor with a large north-facing balcony (with balcony furniture and cushions) offering sweeping views from east to west all the way to the sea, including a private underground parking space.
The entryway, featuring a coat closet, leads to the living room, the separate guest restroom, and the kitchen.
The living area features a high-quality seating set (a 2-seater sleeper sofa, 1.45 x 1.95 m, for one person, and two armchairs), a single fold-out bed (0.90 x 1.95 m), a dining area, cable TV, a radio, and a telephone.
From the living room, you can access the large bedroom (with access to the balcony), which features a high-quality double bed (two mattresses, each 0.90 x 2.10 m).
From here, there is direct access to the new, spacious shower room/restroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
