Located in one of Scottsdale's most desirable neighborhoods, you're minutes from top golf courses, shopping, and dining, while still enjoying a quiet residential setting ideal for relaxing after a full day out. As you arrive, you'll pull into a quiet, well-kept Scottsdale neighborhood with wide streets and a relaxed residential feel. The home offers private garage parking with additional driveway space, making arrival and unloading easy. With a fully fenced yard and no direct rear neighbors, the property provides a peaceful sense of privacy - perfect for unwinding the moment you arrive.
