Property includeds a Minut noise alert monitoring systems in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.

Pictures did not do the house justice! We enjoyed the layout of the house which was very spacious.The area was really quiet and peaceful. I was pleasantly surprised regarding the ease of checkout without a list of items that need to be completed prior to leaving.Kitchen had everything we needed and was great size. Pool was fantastic with plenty of outside-seating. A light by the BBQ would be nice as it was a little dark but we made it work. The outside dining area was really comfortable.The communication was extremely good and responsive, had a little trouble getting in but they resolved it immediately. The instructions said to touch the pad to light up but that seems to think you touched a number this caused a little delay until I figured not to touch the pad to light up first or if you do clear it before putting your code in.Overall very happy with the house, the area and communication.

Great property as listed and described. Very spacious property and bedrooms. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Heated pool was comfortable, though not heated to a hot tub temperature. Property managers were very accommodative and communicated quickly.
