    Very good hotel from check-in being highly efficient. Room was good. Breakfast was good. The bonus was the steam room and cold plunge pool; after travelling 2000km across Uzbekistan, it was a delight to relax in the steam room before my flight back home. Definite recommend!     The biggest issue with our stay was the extremely strong cigarette smell in the room. It was very obvious that someone had previously smoked there, and the smell had not been properly removed. The odor was so strong and unpleasant that it significantly affected our comfort and made the room difficult to stay in. For a hotel room advertised as non-smoking, this is simply unacceptable. The hotel needs to take much more effective measures to remove persistent smoking odors and ensure that guests are not subjected to this.
