    I stayed here last December 2025for almost a month. Its just so nice to stay here. The room is super clean. The location is near bazaar, supermarkets e.g. But what I like most with Semurg is the staff. The receptionist speak exceptional English. The other staff as well are very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Keep up the good work Semurg hotel!! I hope I get to have a chance to stay there again if ever I visited Tashkent soon.

    So I was reading into this, because no other hotel charged me a tourist tax. It's entirely unnecessary. Basically they charge you a few dollars because it's a few minutes of extra work to put your info into a computer. Even though the booking says "no fees included" it's slightly higher. It's petty, but that fee should be included in the cost of the hotel so it's affecting my review here.

    Semurg Hotel When we arrived there was no electricity in the entire area of the hotel. We waited until 11 am and the electricity did not come back on. We left it and went to another hotel. We asked Length the receptionist and he refused. What's good: =========== - Free parking 🆓 - Great location 📍 - Free coffee and tea ☕🍵 - Late check-in available 🕑 - Air conditioning in the room ❄️ What's not good: ============= - Very low bathwater flow 🚿 - The bathtub is not working properly. The water sprays in all directions, making it very difficult to bathe. - Zero shelves in the bath 🧼 - Very small bath 🤏 - No electrical sockets near the bed there is only one in the room🔌 - Almost no electrical sockets in the room only one 🔌 - Very old hotel 👴 - The beds aren't comfortable.
