Step outside to your own private outdoor retreat, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Right out the back door is a paved seating area shaded by a tree, with a second area across the yard featuring additional seating and lounge chairs. The backyard is fully fenced and secure with colorful LED lighting and Rock Speaker for magical evenings.
Enjoy outdoor cooking in our paved BBQ area, complete with charcoal, grilling utensils, and mitt. A granite prep table provides plenty of space, while fresh herbs are available to pick and enjoy with your favorite dishes. All under a Gazebo which has lighting for night, shade for hot sunny afternoons, and no worries should it rain.
Four tennis racquets and balls are provided so you can easily enjoy nearby courts. The Delray Beach Tennis Center is just 3/4 mile away, and free hard courts are also available at Pompey Park only 1/2 mile from the home.
PARKING
Parking is provided in the driveway which can easily fit three vehicles. The garage is currently not available for parking.
WATER FILTRATION
Clean, pure water is a priority in our home. The entire house features a 3-stage water filtration system that delivers cleaner, clearer, and better-tasting water. The system enhances water quality—providing added comfort and peace of mind during your stay.
WASHER and DRYER
Access to a washer and dryer is available located in the garage which is accessed through a door from inside the kitchen. No need to walk outside. We supply laundry pods, freshener crystals, stain remover spray, and dryer sheets for your convenience. Iron and ironing board also available.
BEACH ITEMS
Provided are large plush beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a bag and cooler. Fun items for the kids too: sandcastles, boogie boards and googles — just grab and go.
FREEBEE
This home is in the “Freebee” shuttle service area which provides free electric rides around Delray Beach. It is an on-demand shuttle that picks up and drops off anywhere in the Downtown service area.
