ABOUT THE HOME

The home is ideal for guests wanting a prime Delray Beach location with a colorful setting that feels like a fun vacation retreat rather than the typical rental. It's set in a vibrant, culturally diverse, and friendly neighborhood of Delray Beach, FL, a charming seaside town known as "The Village by the Sea.” Experience the magic of Delray Beach where the sun, sea, and culture come together for a memorable stay.

THE BEDROOMS

The home features an enormous master bedroom with pillow-top king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and a separate shower, plus a small work-out gym room with a spin bike. There is also a large desk area, so you have your own dedicated work area if needed. Stay cool with the ceiling fan over the bed while watching the 55” TV mounted on the wall.

There are two-additional bedrooms, one with a pillow-top queen-size bed and the other room with two XL twin beds with foam mattress. These rooms each have a tower fan and mounted 43” TV’s. The second bathroom is located in the hallway between these bedrooms. All bedrooms have separation for privacy and quiet relaxation.

Each bedroom has blackout curtains with secondary curtain or blinds which ensure you control the light from outside. All sheets are top quality cotton for your sleeping comfort. And if needed, the 7th person would have a luxury twin air mattress, with comfort coil technology, and a built-in high capacity pump for easy inflation.

ENTERTAINMENT

This home has a perfect entertaining layout, the living room has a 55" flat screen TV with 300-watt sound bar, high ceilings, and comfortable seating.

The open floor plan has a dining area with an expansive table perfect for a large gathering. Across is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, and a designated coffee/tea bar (coffee/tea provided).

Behind the kitchen is a spacious game room featuring two dartboards and a jukebox-style music wall with 24 classic 45s. Guests can scan the displayed codes to instantly play music on the provided Bluetooth party speaker.

THE ROCK WALL

This prominent wall in the game room features a collection of authentic, framed, and signed photographs of legendary rock & roll bands from the 80's & 90's. This display is part of the home’s overall Cool Vibes—a space designed to feel expressive, memorable, and full of personality, standing apart from the uniform white-and-gray interiors common in many listings.

For everyone’s safety and to preserve the collection, please note that all items are for viewing only. We kindly request that you do not remove, adjust, or handle any frames or items.

GAME ROOM

The game room includes two dartboards: a professional steel-tip dartboard (ages 12+ with supervision) and a magnetic dartboard. Guests are responsible for steel-tip dart use and agree to store them in the wall-mounted case when not in use; damage caused by improper use may be the guest’s responsibility.

PARKING

Parking is provided in the driveway which can easily fit three vehicles. The garage is currently not available for parking.

WATER FILTRATION

Clean, pure water is a priority in our home. The entire house features a 3-stage whole-house water filtration system that delivers cleaner, clearer, and better-tasting water throughout the property. By reducing iron, manganese, chlorine, and sediment at the point of entry, the system enhances water quality at every tap, shower, and appliance—providing added comfort and peace of mind during your stay.

WASHER and DRYER

Access to a washer and dryer is available located in the garage which is accessed through a door from inside the kitchen. No need to walk outside. We also provide a reasonable supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets for your convenience. Iron and ironing board also available.

FREEBEE

This home is in the “Freebee” shuttle service area which provides free electric rides around Delray Beach. It is an on-demand shuttle that picks up and drops off anywhere in the Downtown service area.

☆☆Check yourself in with the keypad.☆☆ You will be provided a unique unlock code prior to your arrival. A digital lock on the front door provides easy access to the property—no matter how late you arrive.

Strict No-Smoking Policy (Inside the Home)

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house at all times. Smoking is permitted outside only. An ashtray will be provided for outdoor use which must never be brought inside or emptied in the house.

No Parties / Gatherings Policy

This home has a strict no-party policy. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.

Small gatherings may be allowed only with prior approval from the host, which must include: The number of additional guests and duration of the visit. No unapproved guests are allowed on the property. No overnight guests beyond the reservation are permitted.

Noise, disruption, or violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Damage & Incident Reporting

Any inadvertent damage, breakage, or issue must be reported to the host as soon as possible.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
