Sonia is responsive and friendly. We would like to suggest some lawn furniture to make it possible to enjoy the property. The bedrooms need more hangars and something to store clothes, such as bureaus or shelves. The house is lovely, just feels like it needs a bit more furniture to be more comfortable.

Our family of 4 (plus small dog) had a very comfortable 10 day stay over winter break. It's not a fancy neighborhood, but the house was clean and quiet. The three beds were very comfortable, and Sonia, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. There were some small issues (several kitchen outlets not working, a troublesome issue with water pressure in master sink that led to water dripping on vanity and draining to floor, guest bathroom door that has a transparent glass border which makes the bathroom not 100% private), but Sonia was very committed to making our stay a nice one and gave us a discount for the hassles. All in all, a really nice trip. The price for the neighborhood felt high, but for three separate bedrooms, we decided it was worth it. As a family of 4 (with a 14 year old and 10 year old), we were comfortable. It would have felt too small if we had 5 or 6.
