Despite paid that much money, I didn’t get the basic amenities like geyser (because it’s 6 degree temp.),
tv (tv was there in the room but not working, i went out from the room & asked help from the staff to switched on the tv he tried but tv is dead or i thing they cut down the power),
intercom (the intercom of my room was not working, i tried a lot to contact reception or room service or to order the food but it didn’t work)
Food (i went down to the restaurant of the hotel, one person came to me & got me the menu card and then he invisible from my sights, he never came back & nobody asked for the order, after spending 20-30 minutes one person came & said you can also order food from your room. But as intercom was not working we had to go outside the hotel to eat some food at late night.)
Dirty filthy bed-sheet and pillow covers.
There were tea making ingredients on the table but electric kettle was missing.
Overall my experience was bad because I haven’t got the basic amenities. I must agree with the room size, it’s big but with zero amenities.
