    Well maintained property, convenient location, excellent in cleanliness, staff was also good and cooperative, food was good . Only thing I would recommend that they don't use thermostat plastic tray for food. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.

    I booked this hotel through Agoda, but when I arrived, the room provided was much smaller than I expected. The hotel then charged me an additional ₹500 for a room upgrade. Moreover, my booking clearly included both breakfast and dinner, but the hotel refused to provide dinner as included in my booking. As a result, I had to pay an additional ₹700 for dinner. I would like to know what kind of booking this is. If the booking included breakfast and dinner, why was I charged extra for dinner? I am very disappointed with this experience and request Agoda to look into this matter and provide a proper explanation and refund for the extra charges.
